Excellent customer service!! I had been looking to purchase my first car for a month or two. Had been to a couple dealerships and had very poor experiences. I almost gave up for awhile until I ran across Indy Auto Man and thought I would give it one more try, thank goodness I did. I had help from Kyle and Jordan, Jordan mainly. I came looking for a IS 350 Lexus I had seen online but after they took the time with me and understood my needs and what I was looking for they ended up showing me a ES 350 Lexus, as well as the IS. They knew the IS would not fit my needs as much as the ES and they were right. I drove the ES on a Thursday and went for my purchase the next day!! They made me feel comfortable during the whole experience. It was hospitality that they showed, not salesmanship. They made the experience of purchasing my first car the way I thought it should be; not the way the other dealerships had shown me. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They have even followed up with me after my purchase, which in all reality they didn't need to or have to. Great place!!! More

Best car buying experience I've had I like that all cars are clearly mark with price in windshield.Had a great young man named Todd help us and he did a fine fine job.They explained t I like that all cars are clearly mark with price in windshield.Had a great young man named Todd help us and he did a fine fine job.They explained their pricing system and it just makes sense.They showed us comparable cars in a 150 mile area an had best price.Little room to haggle but i liked that .I did not want to spend all day going back and forth on price.We got entire deal done in less than three hours including test drive,financing and car clean up.Great Job!
