I see that you contacted us and our "no negotiation" caused a delay in communication. We are ok with not all customers understanding out policy on that. Our goal is respect and kindness and if we aren't the place for your purchase we understand. The pricing on the vehicle was so low that we received multiple customers on it. Really? Did you not read my review? This has nothing to do with negotiations, the price of the car or your policy! This has everything to do with the disregard for my time, I inquired about the vehicle a week before your sales associate informed me that it was sold? At what point is it ethical to inform a potential buyer that a car is no longer for sale? Why is a receptionist dolling out misinformation? As a leader for this team, your placating the occurrence of bad customer service, lack of communication as well as blaming me for your failure to forecast employees. If you (personally) or your place of business has a policy of non-negotiation advertise that as well, in full transparency as a good business practice. Amy, are you one of the great people trained?You, took a private message, public, you disclosed my name after you said you would not, you belittle the facts. I did miss out on the vehicle you supposedly had for sale at the “great price”, I also missed out on another vehicle while I hung on your word. My time, what is my time to you?
