Highly Satisfied My husband and I visited Indy Auto Man after first trying to go through a stereotypical auto dealer nearby. I was treated awfully at this "big name" d My husband and I visited Indy Auto Man after first trying to go through a stereotypical auto dealer nearby. I was treated awfully at this "big name" dealer. They offered me everything I said I didn't want. The experience at Indy Auto Man was MUCH the opposite of what you expect at a dealership. The people there are friendly, humble and personable. I didn't at all feel pressured into anything and they let me lead the deal. I told them want I wanted and they delivered it in a way that let me know I mattered to them. I was given the full Carfax report, test drove anything I wanted and was given all opportunity to fully inspect the vehicle there or take it somewhere to be looked at before buying. It felt like I was working with a friendly neighbor more so than a pushy salesman and I appreciate that. My experience there far surpasses any other place I have ever been for a big decision like purchasing your next vehicle. I am highly satisfied so far and also very grateful for my experience. Made buying a good experience I enjoyed hanging out with the guys to buy my BMW X5. I was actually planning to get my financing at my credit union but decided to see if they could I enjoyed hanging out with the guys to buy my BMW X5. Most of the lot was immaculately lined up and packed to the gills with choices. I was able to try out a few different models of the same Manufacturer before I came to a decision and did not feel pressured in the least. The entire time I was there people were running around moving and cleaning cars, making things happen. From start to finish, everyone was quick to accommodate. Tom was a big part of this deal and I can't thank him enough for his help. He is incredibly knowledgeable about cars in general and otherwise a very cordial person. More
