The salesmen and finance guys were personable, not pushy. TOM KEMP was an honest, hardworking guy who helped us find the right car for our family. We test drove the car, agreed on a price and bought it within an hour. They guys went ABOVE and BEYOND tracking down a second key from previous owner AND allowed us to bring the vehicle back the next week for a full detail. We highly recommend Indy Auto Man for your next car purchase! More

Best car buying experience yet! Go see Tom! We were shopping for a great used car for our daughter, and we kind of stumbled on Indy Auto Man by accident, but it was a great stumble. We were greeted by Tom Kemp and he was so patient with us as we test drove a LOT of cars. There was a great selection on the lot, but Tom never pressured us but just made it clear that he wanted us to end up in the right car for our daughter and us. We have bought a LOT of cars over the years and Tom honestly made this our best experience yet. He was very patient and just quietly confident that we would find the right car and he was right. Our daughter ended up in a beautiful 2008 BMW that she is thrilled with and so are we! Thank you Indy Auto Man and Tom Kemp! We will be back! More

Fast and Easy Experience My husband and I recently visited Indy auto man for the first time. We had done our shopping on the website beforehand. We were greeted at the door by Bill S who was very friendly and helpful. We told him which car we were interested in and he took us straight to it. Within 15 min we were on our test drive. While we were out, they appraised our trade in and had a quote ready by the time we returned. We had some questions and Eugene and Bill did an excellent job answering them. They were great at meeting our concerns and providing the information we needed. We purchased the vehicle and were done within 1 1/2 hours. There was none of that "lets let them sit and wait it out" that you get at some dealerships. Bill was great to work with and Eugene made sure everything was to our liking. By far the easiest dealership we have ever worked with. We loved the drive and the new car so much, we took the long way home! More

I was a cynic concerning used cars and warranties. My faith has been restored. These guys came through for myself and my daughter (who is the proud recipient of "new wheels"). What's more important I trust them to be there if ever the need for support should again arise. If I had more kids, I'd buy them cars from Indy Auto Man. More
