There was an issue involving scratches on the bumper for which the service department attempted to address. I understand that it was not possible to rsolve the issue, but it would have been nice had the service manager relayed this information to me verbally. Instead I was told the vehicle was ready with no mention of the fact that the bumper damage could not be buffed out. Minus this slight disappoint, the dealership delivered as promised. More

Promises not met I purchased a vehicle that had been smoked in. The dealer ionized the car but the floor mats reeked of smoke. I called the general manager and he promised me new floor mats that I never received. I tried calling Sam but he was either busy or on his phone. Drove to Indy for an awesome deal. My wife and I were forced to get a vehicle with more passenger capacity. We found what we were looking for here and enjoyed the experience greatly.
