And her and Joel confirmed this with over a percentage point better rate. The whole process was very efficient and there was never any pressure (or the usual tactics encountered in many of my car buying experiences). My mom was able to test drive the vehicle, get approved for a loan and put a downpayment on the vehicle all in the same day.
