He was very helpful, informative, and patient. I am not the easiest shopper, as I like to explore all of my options and have a good understanding of the differences/pros & cons of each vehicle that I look at. He also shared some guidance based on what he hears from the service group as it pertained to maintenance. Sam was very good about bringing in others at the dealership to help answer questions that he couldn't or wasn't comfortable answering which I think is very respectable. Very good experience overall. They promised to fix the car's problems as included in the contract to my request (after getting it looked at and in writing at a third party mechanic), I had to finance the vehicle which sucked, but they got me a better APR than USAA. Car salesmen are known to be pushy and untruthful, but I think Kevin is an honest, hardworking person that isn't concerned with lying to people. He wants to build a good name for himself. I would recommend going to him if you are looking to buy from that dealership. More
