Super experience! We live in Cincinnati and were a little wary about driving the nearly 2 hours to Indy Auto Man to check out a car. Salesman Eric P. took the time to s We live in Cincinnati and were a little wary about driving the nearly 2 hours to Indy Auto Man to check out a car. Salesman Eric P. took the time to speak with me by phone, answer my many questions, do a visual and "smell" test of the interior and negotiate a price...all before we even left our home. His professionalism and knowledge made me feel confident it would be worth the drive. Indeed, the car was everything he said it was and when we noted some stains on the upholstery and uneven tire wear, they were kind enough to shampoo the seats and rotate the tires while we waited! Overall, very pleased with our purchase experience and the value we feel we got. Indy Auto Man has certainly changed my opinion of the "used car lot"...I would recommend them to my friends without hesitation. More
