Great and friendly service. I had been to severa dealerships looking for a jeep just the way I wanted it. As most dealers do, some facts were exaggerated and lied about in order for him to sell me the car at the highest price he could. I was told that a car listed at 9,500 was bought from the auction at 8,500. Anyone that knows anything about auctions knows that a dealership would never buy a car from an auction at that price, and then only list it for 1,000 dollars more. A lot of customers do not know those sort of details, but since my neighbor is an auctioneer, I was able to catch that lie. With that being said, it is not a huge deal to me since most salesman do stuff like that. The man that handled the contracts, financing and paperwork was also a bit rude and unprofessional at times when I spoke with him a week and a half after I bought the car. Overall, my experience was average because the high level of customer service and communication pulled my experience back up after some of the negative things I mentioned. There was also a small issue with an electrical component of the car that reads tire pressure. Something small like that needs to be handled by the dealer before selling the car. Not only did I have to discover this problem for myself during the test drive, but they also were not willing to fix the problem themselves and I had to go pay to get it fixed myself after I bought the car. Typically, dealers are willing to take care of small problems such as these before selling the car. More
