Jake was great, but had to make extra trips because of paper We had a great experience with Jake and Cynthia. After purchasing the car we had to go to the dealer again because they messed up paperwork. In total We had a great experience with Jake and Cynthia. After purchasing the car we had to go to the dealer again because they messed up paperwork. In total they wanted us to come up there a total of 3 extra times besides when we purchased the car and picked it up. It was a major hassle. But Jake was a great salesman, and wasn't pushy and held the car for us after we decided we wanted it. More
