LaMont made the sale for his willingness to let me run in and drive a car 5 minutes before closing and by dealing with me via email, not to mention having the color suv I wanted on the lot. Problem was not fixed tire still went flat after i told them it jut wasnt the fuse. We had an appointment at 10:15 and were told it would be about an hour. We told them we would wait for it and hung around the dealership. After a hour and a half, seeing many people come and go, several who about an hour. We told them we would wait for it and hung around the dealership. The manager was apologetic, but it was still extremely frustrating to have wasted all that time. It was about 45 minutes before the car was done and ready to go. More
