Good experience Greeted promptly. Good explanation of service provided. Only issue was that service dept was not able to replicate issue I’m having with GPS and elect Greeted promptly. Only issue was that service dept was not able to replicate issue I’m having with GPS and electronic components freezing up so they aren’t certain anything is really resolved. Stated there is no update to fix. Delivered on promised add on from purchase. More

I never feel pressured. I tell them what I want and do not want, and I'm completely satisfied. Any time I've ever had a question, the sales and service staff have been wonderful to work with. I recommend working with Brian Beck in sales. He took time out of his day to stop by my work to show my all my "bells and whistles" on the new CRV. I very much appreciated that.
