Poor customer service! My car was 'detailed' the day I drove over an hour to pick it up and was absolutely FILTHY! Food all over the floor, dirt, pen markings all over the left back door. In addition, I was told that the price would be lowered in negotiations and was not on the paperwork. I should have read more carefully before signing. When I picked it up, it also had less than half a tank of gas as well. Just overall disappointed with my experience. More
