Seems unorganized between departments, and did not feel like they really have pride in their work. Salesman was nice and seemed like he wanted to help and do well but other than that I was not thrilled wit like they really have pride in their work. When we purchased the 2016 Buick Verona with over 222 k miles we didn't expect a perfect vehicle however we were told that it had gone under a 36 point check list. So when my son drove home he noticed the miles we didn't expect a perfect vehicle however we were told that it had gone under a 36 point check list. So when my son drove home he noticed the hard jerk going in and out of 2nd gear. So we took it to Franklin muffler and more they said low on fluids and need new brakes wheel bearing melted head light and trans cooler lines and oh yeah transmission is out. So thanks a lot for the great used car that cost us an extra a 8k. We Do not recommend Indy Honda for used cars. More
