I think the quality of your work is good, but on this visit, I didn't understand why an 11 am appointment for brake work, even if I'm not waiting for the car, doesn't get a call-back with the work to be visit, I didn't understand why an 11 am appointment for brake work, even if I'm not waiting for the car, doesn't get a call-back with the work to be done and an estimate until 3 pm. And then an hour later, I get another call saying the work is more extensive and costly than the estimate, and that it's too late in the day to have the car done until tomorrow. I understand that repair work can expose problems you can't foresee at the outset. But it should not have taken 4 hours to get to that point. More
