We had a great experience with this dealership, for the most part. We drove past a Honda dealership in our town because of the greater discount offered through Perks at Work at Indy Honda. When we went for our appointment there was some confusion as to whether or not our salesperson was in the building. Then there was also confusion as to whether or not the vehicle we wanted to look at was on the lot. Our salesperson did arrive on time for our scheduled appointment. He determined that the orange HR-V was indeed on the lot even though we had been told it was not by at least two different people. We were starting to get frustrated, then our guy found the correct vehicle. More
