Purchasing New 2020 Honda Pilot EX-L AWD I had a bad experience at a Toyota dealership here in Indianapolis (basically they e-mailed me a quote on a 2020 Toyota 4-Runner and when I got to dea I had a bad experience at a Toyota dealership here in Indianapolis (basically they e-mailed me a quote on a 2020 Toyota 4-Runner and when I got to dealership to finalize deal, they said they had "forgotten" to add the 7% sales tax, $2,700, to quote.) I just left Toyota dealership and contacted Indy Honda. My wife and I had test driven 2020 Toyota 4-Runner and 2020 Honda Pilot previously and liked them both. The Pilot definitely has more room inside, more amenities, a little better price and 0.9% financing. I used TrueCar for securing a price on a 2020 Honda Pilot EX-L AWD and Emily Nixon quickly sent me a price quote. I called and spoke with a Cynthia to verify total price of Pilot (including sales tax!) and it was a very fair price. I went to dealership on 7-6-20 to meet with salesperson (Puma Mand) to firm up final price. My wife came to drive Pilot one more time and we agreed to purchase the Pilot. We had trailer hitch installed and we picked up the car on 7-10-20. Very good experience at Indy Honda and appreciated their honesty in working through final deal. More

Intermittent auto idle stop and headlight dimmer issues I was having some intermittent issues with the windshield wipers, the auto idle stop, and the auto high beam dimmer. Jadon stuck with the job and kee I was having some intermittent issues with the windshield wipers, the auto idle stop, and the auto high beam dimmer. Jadon stuck with the job and keep me updated throughout the repair process. Jadon and his electronics technician, Jacob Wade found two issues and repaired both. One issue was cause by some recent body shop work that had been performed. Jadon worked with the body shop and got to the bottom of the way forward. I was very impressed at the level of knowledge and work performed. More
