Disappointed! We purchased our van at Indy Honda and we have always had it serviced there-we live about an hour away, but we had always thought the service was good We purchased our van at Indy Honda and we have always had it serviced there-we live about an hour away, but we had always thought the service was good until this last time. First off-almost NO ONE was wearing a mask that I could see-upon entering the service area, there was hardly social distancing going on (which I can understand-it is a small area) but NO ONE was wearing a mask! Also upon entering I was not even greeted with a "hello, I will be right with you". I believe his name was Jeff, who was sitting at his work station texting on his phone and did not even give me the time of day-very rude! It was not until Jadon, who actually took care of me, came back in and was extremely nice. Also when I went to pick it up (an hour after they called and said it was ready) I had to wait for it to be brought around from the washing dock-which took forever-again waiting in an area that no one seemed to be concerned about not wearing a mask. I was just very disappointed this time in the lack of concern for me as a customer-seems like that is just the way the world is going now-is no one friendly anymore?????? There is a new Honda dealership opening in Columbus soon and I probably will be taking my business there-definitely a lot closer. More

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. The air conditioning in my Civic was blowing hot air. The dealership had to order parts to fix the problem and Kevin called first thing the next morning to let me know t in my Civic was blowing hot air. Given that we are having 90 degree weather right now I appreciate how quickly the problems were corrected. I hope I get a chance to work with Kevin again. He is courteous and efficient.
