I came to talk to the service representative who attended me and he showed surprise to see me there yet. He verified and noticed that my car was already outside, waiting for me. Somebody just forgot to tell me. Your service can be fast, but it can be totally useless if at the end the customer has to wait that long just because somebody did not perform the job as expected.
