I was forgotten Everything seemed to be fine. Good service, fast, good communication. It would be perfect if not the car return. After paying, I waited for almost an Everything seemed to be fine. I came to talk to the service representative who attended me and he showed surprise to see me there yet. He verified and noticed that my car was already outside, waiting for me. Somebody just forgot to tell me. Your service can be fast, but it can be totally useless if at the end the customer has to wait that long just because somebody did not perform the job as expected. Kevin was great!! I dropped my Civic off for a routine oil change and had to leave town for an emergency work trip. Kevin was super understanding and kept me in the loo I dropped my Civic off for a routine oil change and had to leave town for an emergency work trip. Kevin was super understanding and kept me in the loop about the service but also assured me that my car would be looked after while I was out of town.
