I love Honda, been customer since 1982. The one thing I might suggest is the oil change cost is a little high. I always use the coupon they email me. Less than 1 star! I bought the car 8 months ago. It has been in the shop since June 3,2019. The general manager is refusing to return my money. He made a ridiculously low ball offer to buy back the car. Th been in the shop since June 3,2019. The general manager is refusing to return my money. The used car manager worked with me the first 7 months, but now had been rained in by the general manager and is now retracting his promises to make things right. I have lost $10,105.00 and have no vehicle. I'm stranded at home. Please get the full story before you purchase any car at Indy Honda. Pleas, don't buy a car without an inspection from a 3rd unbiased party. More

Issue Not Resolved I took my Honda here over the weekend due to several people on the road complaining to me that my tail lights were out. I explained to IndyHonda that I took my Honda here over the weekend due to several people on the road complaining to me that my tail lights were out. I explained to IndyHonda that my lights work when I break, but not when I am driving at night. They told me that there was no issue with the tail lights. When I picked it up, I asked the gentleman (not listed in the employees provided for this review) what the issue could have been, such as not turning something on correctly (I tested the lights on every setting of headlights and still no luck), and he had no idea what to tell me and just didn't respond to my inquiry at all. In the write up, it just said "headlights need to be on" ...which I had already explained to them that I never drive without headlights and I never even mess with the settings on my headlights. Someone else just waved me down last night to confirm that my tail lights are STILL not on at night when driving. I have not adjusted or messed with anything since I picked it up from Honda yesterday. I am going somewhere else to find a fix, this is ridiculous that it is an ongoing issue. Even if it is an issue on my end, they didn't care to explain or walk me through it, instead their employee acted clueless when I asked follow-up questions, upon picking my vehicle up. Not to mention, they've had to replace my battery on a BRAND NEW 2019 Honda HR-V three or four times in less than a year, which they also couldn't explain other than it was just a "bad battery'...good to know they just give out "bad batteries" over and over again. I've been coming to this Honda for years but the service has gone done tremendously recently. Very unfortunate. More
