BUYER BEWARE! !!! Ok so here goes, After weeks of searching for a new 3500 HD for our business i found one i liked, perfect right? I called to put a deposit down !!! Ok so here goes, After weeks of searching for a new 3500 HD for our business i found one i liked, perfect right? I called to put a deposit down first thing as we liver 3 hours or so away, They dont do deposits, ok they do a travel hold, so i request a salt of the earth gritty seasoned salesman, sounds weird but im a pretty direct person sometimes and prefer not to offend anyone or come off brash. They give me to a gentleman named aldeir, after a day of dealing with him i asked for someone else, again they returned me to him. Several miscommunications as we had a small linguistics issue. They have me call around get all my insurance reg etc, just to tell me it would be quicker if i registered the vehicle myself, I go down and drive the vehicle notice the tire light was on, the idler arm had a ton of play and the tailgate had a closing issue, I asked aldeir if this stuff would be repaired before delivery, he told me it would. Well they never sent the proper documents to the bank so the delivery was held up an extra 2 days. I asked for the repair orders to review the repairs and notice some of the things i had asked about aren't in there. He again assures me they are done. I receive the vehicle on Friday July 5th, The alignment is off the tailgate isn't fixed and there is still play in the front end. Now i am taking a day out of my shop to drive to a dealership 40 miles away to have the alignment done a week later, Lets rewind a smidge, They bring my paperwork for me to sign and tell me they'd overnight it, Its Tuesday that was Friday I just received it, and we are missing everything for me to register the car. Now they are overnighting that either, There's more but I'm exhausted from the entire situation honestly. I feel they were dishonest and underhanded the entire time. ..... Save you hard earned money and valuable time and go somewhere else.... I ll revise update if they make good somehow but i dont see how they can at this point. I just feel customer service has completely gone out the window More

Within a week of buying used car the airbag light came on. They want $900 to fix it. The only conclusion I can come to is that they reset the codes before they sell a car so the lights go off and you have on. They want $900 to fix it. HI my concern is why the reason for include in the price some performance and in the end don't do? COMPLETE OIL AND FILTER CHANGE AND ROTATION OF TIRES.......MONITORS", My 2 front tires are the same when I drove in and out, about the toping fluids, after they release the truck, I went inside for check again then one manager ask the technician for top the coolant since I told then, but not even the manager apologized, about the tires just told the last time was on range yellow, how a tire with 4/32 tread go to 0/32 to 3/32 in less than 5k, and when got home call twice and ask for a manager nobody call me back, I try to contact by email, somebody call me but told was his department, maybe need call the consumer protection since no one want to pay attention to my concern.
