I recently purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Passat from InterAuto Plainville, MA, and I wanted to share my experience with both the car and the dealership. Menny Mitoulis was excellent to work with from the beginning — straightforward, helpful, and never high-pressure. But what impressed me most was what happened after the sale. Not long after taking delivery of the car, I discovered an engine issue that wasn't apparent during the original test drive. This is where you find out what kind of company you're actually dealing with. Anyone buying a used car should understand that there is always some risk involved. No dealer can guarantee that an older car will never have a problem. What matters to me is what happens when it does, and whether the seller is willing to stand behind what they sold. InterAuto did. Menny and the InterAuto team took the issue seriously and ultimately replaced the faulty engine with a certified lower-mileage engine. They worked with me to get all the issues addressed rather than treating the sale as the end of their responsibility. Anyone can provide a good experience when everything goes perfectly. As a senior sales executive, I put much more value on how a business responds when something doesn't go according to plan. Menny and the team at InterAuto earned my trust by doing the right thing when it mattered. Based on my experience, I'd be comfortable recommending them and buying from them again. Rick Rotatori More
