Great work on my e39. I had a clock spring, ignition, and tie rods replaced (followed by an alignment) on my 2001 530i (which I love more than my 2019 540i; I am very selec I had a clock spring, ignition, and tie rods replaced (followed by an alignment) on my 2001 530i (which I love more than my 2019 540i; I am very selective about whom I will allow to work on my e39). Worst Customer Service for Certified Pre Owned vehicles Don't purchase a Pre Owned certified vehicle from International Autos, because most of their Pre Owned cars have body work down or they are painted, t Don't purchase a Pre Owned certified vehicle from International Autos, because most of their Pre Owned cars have body work down or they are painted, that's why they don't guarantee the paint work. Even if they allure you into buying a Pre Owned Certified Vehicle do not get their maintenance package. They will scratch your car while servicing and then will want you to pay to fix the damage done due to their negligence. BMW North Milwaukee is way better than International Autos, West Allis, the general manager at International Autos is trying his best to turn the dealership into road side auto mechanic, don't fall into their trap. More

Honest and Efficient I was very happy with the experience of purchasing a BMW from International BMW, even though I live in Chicago and several other BMW dealers are close I was very happy with the experience of purchasing a BMW from International BMW, even though I live in Chicago and several other BMW dealers are closer. International BMW was easy to work with over distance, efficient in completing the transaction, and forthright in calling to my attention minor cosmetic flaws in the vehicle (which, honestly, I might not have otherwise noticed). Mike and Andrew were also reasonable and realistic in negotiating price and sale terms (unlike my local dealer, Perillo , which took a laughable position that damage history in its vehicle's Carfax was no reason for it to negotiate on price). In short, most of my prior experiences with car dealers have been, in a word, slimy, and International BMW was nothing of the sort. If another BMW purchase is in my future, I absolutely anticipate returning to International BMW. More
