He worked over Labor Day weekend & holiday to find the specific truck we wanted and followed up and kept in touch so we knew what was happening all the time. The GM was very responsive and helpful in closing the deal. Q in financing was very detailed, explained the finance options and other warranty information very clearly. Overall a great experience! They got me in during a busy day, recognizing my dilemma and few options. Jeffrey Duvall quickly diagnosed an ignition coil problem and had us fixed and out of there in record time.
