When we couldn't quite find exactly what we wanted, he went beyond the "lot" and found the "one" for us on the back lot. He stayed with us through the sale answering questions and supplying any and all information we required. The finance, service, and sales departments coordinated efforts professionally. Further a week later when the truck had a minor glitch, response by the service department and coordination with Cody was efficient and effective; serving to reinforce our trust with the dealership.
