Cody Notch was an excellent help and addition to helping me try and find my new car. He made a point to call and find out exactly what I was looking for. When we got to the dealership, the jeep was already to go out for a test drive and Mr. Notch gave me the Car Fax before I even got into the jeep and before we got into detail about it. He was extremely prepared and I greatly appreciated that. The prior night, he got the price point of the Jeep approved by his manager so everything was set to go if I did decide to get the jeep (which I did!). Cody was extremely willing to try to get the right vehicle in the right price range, his preparedness was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend Cody Notch at Interstate Ford to anyone looking to buy a car, I already have let people know about his service. My daughter wanted a Ford Escape and we found the one she wanted at Interstate Ford. Daniel was our salesman, I have bought a lot of vehicles before and was dreading the whole process but Daniel was the best wanted at Interstate Ford. He knew every question I asked about the Escape. He was not pushy and not one time did I ever feel pressured to buy. He understood when we wanted to think about the purchase overnight. We went back and bought the vehicle the next day, mainly because of how he treated us. The whole experience was great for me and my daughter. I found a cheap commuter car the mazda 2. I only paid 250 over book. With 39000 miles. They are very low pressure sales but push the extended warranty, gap, etc at closing. Mentioning a $500 fob replacement for a new ford while I am buying a two year old mazda is pretty rich. Then to top it all off I only get one key. Maybe they should have taken out the extended warranty on the car when they got it...I would buy again because a good deal is a good deal. More

I spotted the original advertisement in January, called the dealership and talked with Ray Farrell. He encouraged i drive out that afternoon for a review and test drive. Ray explained the technical aspects of all the options and capabilities of the car which was very helpful as we have an old car with basic controls. We were trying to sell a car before getting a new one, so we did not purchase then. This week now a month later, Ray sent a follow up note of a price change and seeing if we were interested. We visited and drove the car and agreed on the price. Ray again took the time to carefully explain all of the electronic settings and options and even set several up for us. Very cool, Steve in finance explained some options and the warrantee. Overall smooth and comfortable purchase. Thanks. More

We did all of the coordination and application via the phone and e-mail, and found Quienten to be straight-forward and responsive. It was the smoothest car-buying process we've ever experienced.
