This was the single best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle, from the first phone call to driving my truck off the lot! I explained to him that I had a budget to work with, my situation (recently in an accident and needed a vehicle that suited my family and work needs), my time frame and what my absolute top dollar was. Ray worked out a deal within 20 minutes of hanging up the phone to get the vehicle price to my range, called me back and we scheduled a test drive the following day. Upon arrival, Ray had warmed up the truck and had it ready to go. Test drive went well and I made my final decision to purchase and told him that I could pick it up three days from then, due to bank paperwork for a loan. The Interstate Ford team found a way to immediately work with my bank and that night. Additionally, they took care of the return of my rental vehicle. I was in and out of this dealership within an hour and a half with my new truck. I strongly recommend this dealership to everyone buying a vehicle! On a winter day, I ended up with a flat tire due to a nail. As a home health nurse, I had a full day of visiting clients but due to the flat tire it was possible that I would not be able to visit everyo nail. The service department not only looked at the tire, they attempted to fill it with air before they saw the nail, and then they were kind enough to put on my spare since they could not repair the hole in my tire - AND they did this free of charge.
