I have purchased four vehicles from Interstate Ford and worked with Q on the last two new vehicle purchases and also sold them a truck. I particularly like working with Q because he is attentive through the whole buying process, (I really dislike tag-team car deals), he makes sure that I am comfortable with the deal and informed on all aspects of the transaction- he has a great sense of customer service. Whenever I bring my vehicle in to the dealership for periodic maintenance, Q always greats me with a smile and takes the time to sit and chat. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors who have also become repeat customers and, tonight, I introduced my good friends to Q who was able to get them into a great used vehicle. It is always a pleasure to work with Q. I am also pleased with the service department at Interstate Ford. The level of customer service in the shop is great! I have been taking my vehicles there for six years and I notice that there is very little turn-over in the staff, making it nice to deal with familiar faces and experienced, professional technicians. I walked in kind of skeptical because I'm not fond of car dealerships. I had been talking with Q for about a month and he called me about a ford f250 they had just gotten in. it was exactly what we were car dealerships. Called ahead to let them know we were on our way down and they had the pickup waiting for us for the test drive. Took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Ran some numbers and filled out paperwork. They let us take it home for the weekend which was awesome. Got a call back from finance on Monday with some numbers thy were less than ideal. Headed back to the dealership on Tuesday to go return the pickup and when I got there they had already called he banks to get me better numbers for my payment and interest rate. Still wasn't what I was comfortable with and the manager (Nick?, I think) went to bat for me and got me exactly the payment I wanted! I was so surprised and happy at the same time! This dealership has an amazing group of people working there and I would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat! More
