I have purchased 3 cars (one brand new, two used) in the past year from Interstate Ford, all from Quienten ("Q") Clark. He is the hands down best salesperson I have ever dealt with - he keeps you informed throughout the process and really makes you feel important as a customer and the excellent service continues even after the sale and there was not the slightest bit of pressure or car salesman tactics involved. Everything about the sales processes has always been so smooth and painless. I'd even go so far as to say it was FUN to buy a car here each time. They go out of their way to treat you like a member of the family here in sales, finance (Steve) and in service (Jeff, Ken and Adrien) - it is an experience like no other...and it is genuine. Q was fantastic! He helped us get out of vehicle we could not afford and into a great Fusion. He was very patient with me as I had to test drive everything.
