My luggage compartment light kept coming on saying it wasn’t closed. Took it in you charge me $139 to diagnose the problem total was almost $600 to replace lock mechanism and a plug-in. I fix the problem you guys are a rip off I will never use you again. Posting what happened on my Facebook account!!! Thanks to YouTube for pointing out the issue maybe your service dept should check YouTube before they diagnose any issues! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this company!!! I will only use Ford for warranty issues and not sure you will fix the recall problems. Have owner of Interstate Ford contact if you like, I feel taken advantage of by your service department. You have my number!! More

Resolution of Windshield Issues - Service Excellent Adrian coordinated a resolution that was an easy fix and honest. Another Ford dealership had diagnosed the issue and quoted $850 to repair. Worst Customer Service I called the dealership at 7:30 in the morning to ask if they had time to squeeze in a alignment and i was told i could drop it off but they could not I called the dealership at 7:30 in the morning to ask if they had time to squeeze in a alignment and i was told i could drop it off but they could not guarantee it to get done that day, which was fine i didn't mind leaving it for a few days if i had too. Mary Jo was not a pleasure to speak with but i still dropped it off. When i checked in with the Adviser i did not feel very welcomed and felt like i was bothering them...about 5 hours went by and i had not heard anything so i called to see if they thought they were going to get it done so i could figure out my day and a ride home if i could not get the truck back and Mary Jo was very rude again and made sure to point out that i didn't have an appointment (which i knew this when i dropped it off but i did not want to drive the truck with new tires and the alignment being off). I picked the truck up right away and I called Loveland Ford and they are about to finish up the alignment right now as i write this review. More
