Very disappointed this week! I took my vehicle in for inspection, needed a couple things done to pass, needed brakes and rotors and an exhaust pipe. I can't afford the service ra I took my vehicle in for inspection, needed a couple things done to pass, needed brakes and rotors and an exhaust pipe. I can't afford the service rates, so I took it home to get repaired. Bringing it back in to see the repairs and they charged me for another whole inspection. The first time I was there for the original inspection it took 1 1/2 hours, this second time, 15 minutes. And Cody had the audacity to charge for a second inspection. He was rude and disrespectful when I tried to ask about it, walked away! I was getting ready for a trade in but now I will never give them my business. More

Bought a new 2026 vehicle supposed to have 2 key fob and they lost one i been waiting 3 months for the new one and still haven't received it. Bought a 2024 vehicle and they didn't tell me that it didn't hav they lost one i been waiting 3 months for the new one and still haven't received it. Purchased two new Nissan Rogues from the previous dealership. I'm looking at purchasing my third Rogue. Went to get my car washed there last week, as I have always done and was told that I could no dealership. I'm looking at purchasing my third Rogue. Went to get my car washed there last week, as I have always done and was told that I could no longer use their carwash because I don't get my car serviced there. Have sent them a lot of business, so really, they won't let me use their new car wash Unbelievable! Will be looking elsewhere for my new Rogue. More
