I bought a 2021 F-150 a few weeks ago. Raphael was the sales rep that I worked with. He sent me a personal video of the truck I was interested in. I was late to my appointment with him and another family sales rep that I worked with. He sent me a personal video of the truck I was interested in. He was straight forward, knowledgeable, and attentive when I was speaking. The way he interacted with me, my wife, and 7yr old was like he was a family friend. I never haggled the price. I knew what vehicle I wanted, the terms I wanted, the monthly payment I wanted. The vehicles that I was looking for were not available so my sales representative did some figures on a couple similar SUV’s but the figures were just a little too high for me from there I was going to end my visit And contact me when they get more vehicles in. At the last minute my sales representative asked me to look at a vehicle that might interest me, I said sure why not. Needless to say I did not expect to drive home in a Lincoln MKX that day! So I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to JIM JESSEN for making this happen. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, He knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and he wasn’t pushy just to get a sale.
