Braden was wonderful and extremely patient with us. We were looking for a specific make and model of car and NOT the easiest customers to deal with and he handled it perfectly. We ended up buying new instead of used and we would do it again especially if Braden was the salesman. He took the time to help with syncing the phone to the car and showed me other little tricks I never would have known about with the patience of a saint. KUDOS to Braden!!!! More

I want to share an experience that I had with this dealership. We own a 2017 Ford Explorer and purchased an extended warranty from this dealership. A week ago, we brought the car in because dealership. We own a 2017 Ford Explorer and purchased an extended warranty from this dealership. A week ago, we brought the car in because it was struggling to start right away. Since we also needed to get an oil change, some recalls looked at, and have a seat heater fixed, we made plans to leave the car all day. I dropped the car off at 8:30 AM. Upon drop off, they determined that the battery terminal was corroded. They said they would clean and test the battery for $55. I also got talked into a 60K service as it was overdue for about $800. By about 5PM, we were calling the service department trying to see if we could pick up the car but they clearly weren't finished. They claimed that the 60K mile service was done, and that the battery had been cleaned and tested out fine. They were "working on" one of the recalls but didn't get to the other one. They also needed to order parts for the seat, so that couldn't be done until another day. We told them that we'd pick up the car right away and handle the other recall when the parts for the seat came in. When we came to get the car, it was parked outside, and they mentioned that it was almost completely out of gas. That was odd, since we didn't even think we were low. Upon further investigation, the car wouldn't start at all! When they opened the hood, the battery was still corroded over. Clearly, they lied about cleaning and testing the battery. Worse than that, cleaning and testing the battery was ALSO included in the 60K mile service. They scrambled some people together and determined that the battery was completely DEAD! At that point, they got someone to replace the battery so my wife could leave. When the parts came in for the seat, we made another appointment. Upon booking that appointment, we were offered a rental (loaner) car so that we didn't have to spend another entire day waiting for them to finish. When I showed up to drop the car, no rental cars were available, and the service advisor acted like there was nothing he could do. When I reminded him about the terrible service we got last time, and that his manager had promised us a rental, he gave in. When the work was completed, I got a call and was told we'd be charged the full amount for the 60K mile service, which I have a hard time believing was done. When I told him that I didn't trust that the 60K mile service was done, his response was: "Well it was, and YOU are paying for it!" I am now waiting for a call back from the manager. If you are interested in getting ripped off and completely disrespected as a customer, by all means spend your money at Inver Grove Ford. Fortunately, there are much better options. More

My experience upgrading my Ford Escape 2019 at the Inver Grove Ford Lincoln was not only delightful, but most essentially humbling and worth the drive all the way from Fridley! I was humbled by the high level of patience and the amount of time that Ben Saxon put in, going in and out of his office, collaborating with his other departments - And most of all, stretching his work day past his normal closing hours, including having to reassure his wife that he was finishing up with one last customer (ME!) and would be on his way home soon! All of that, just to make sure that I went home with my new Ford Escape 2020! A big THANK YOU to Ben! Words are not enough for me to say how blessed and grateful I have been to Ben and the entire Saxon family, for such a true business committed to genuinely serving all diverse people , including people like me and my kids with the same level of commitment and compassion! I have not hesitated a single bit to recommend the Inver Grove Ford Lincoln to others, since my first Mother's Day Miracle in 2019 - And will continue to tell others of your extraordinary services that I have received from you, since that first gracious day in 2019 that God led me to your dealership, leaving behind other dealerships that were even much closer to where I lived in Shoreview then! My kids and I love our new car! We love the bigger room for long legs, and the new digital features that make driving easier and safer, and are working at getting used to the sound of a bigger engine too!
