I did not intend on buying a Ford when I visited the dealership. I met Todd at the Auto show, my lucky day, and followed up with him at the dealership. I fell in love with my new Escape and Todd was patient and and so helpful in assisting me in making the decision and change. This has to be the worst Ford dealership I have ever been too. I have never been treated so rudely, or been dealt with as if I am incompetent of understanding the repairs for my vehicle. They promised to have my vehicle in Friday morning, with a diagnosis by early afternoon, not only did they not keep their promise, they kept my vehicle over the weekend and only split the cost of a rental car because they do not provide loaner cars. When I told them that I was taking my vehicle to another garage, only then did a costumer service representative explain what the necessary parts were and explain the astronomical prices being charged. I will never recommend this dealer for services or sales, and I am extremely disappointed in the level of commitment to the Ford brand as a whole. More

I really liked the fact that the website showed all the manufacturer incentives that applied to the vehicle.
