(It sure is nice to have a knowledge base of the product you especially the Escape salesperson I have ever encountered. No high sales pitch. Just the facts of finding out what we wanted and than we went from there. Jean is very proficient at her job and has the answers to questions so one has a full understanding of what is happening with the vehicle purchase. Tammy knows her product line very well indeed. No high sales pitch with her either. Inver Grove has been good to us. Jerry Bauer is the nicest and a very honest person in my mind. Bottom line he does CARE about the customer no matter what one buys from Inver Grove Ford. Plus with the SAXON REWARDS Program Inver Grove Ford has perform all oil changes and maintenance , plus tires and batteries when needed. I ended up after 10 years with my 2005 Escape around $900.00 dollars to use for the new Escape. Plus there are other discounts through other local businesses as well. And best of all it is free and comes with a vehicle purchase. Yes there have been some issues as there always are and they can't all be avoided but the real deal is how they are addressed and how much they show that you are not a number but a customer.
