A positive experience starting right when we stepped in the door and were immediately greeted. Kevin Pfeiffer was easy to work with and really put in the effort to get us the best deal on a new Ford Escap the door and were immediately greeted. I came to Inver Grove Heights Ford on 06/29/2013 to look for a new vehicle since mine was 11 years old, and it was time to get a new/newer car. My experience from the time I drove in, to the time I drove away with my new Ford Focus 2013 was excellent. Faissal Bouanane was great to work with! He is very knowledgable about the Ford vehicles and all the various features. Also, Faissal is very much a "people person". Inver Grove Heights Ford is very fortunate to have him. I can't begin to say enough about what a pleasant experience it was dealing with him. Also, he introduced me to Jeff Lowell, who had helped my brother purchase a used car. Jeff even helped to gas up my new car. All in all, I was expecting a very stressful time looking for a different car, but that was not the case. Thanks for the great experience. More

Before buying a new car I did my research online and found what I thought would be a great dealer for me. As soon as I stepped in the door at Inver Grove Lincoln Ford I was greeted with excellent custom found what I thought would be a great dealer for me. As soon as I stepped in the door at Inver Grove Lincoln Ford I was greeted with excellent customer service. Jim showed me the car that I was interested in and was not pushing me one way or the other. He openly offered me to test drive it and it was the first experience where the dealer let me go on my own for the test drive. Jim worked well with my pricing and what I felt comfortable spending and also what I needed in a car. I was more than happy with my trade in value of my used car and walked away with the biggest smile and a new car. I will definitely go back for any future purchases and will recommend him to anyone and everyone who asks where I got my beautiful 2013 Ford Focus! More
My husband and I were very disappointed in the customer service of the Sales Manager. We were told we were getting a certain amount for our trade and it was included in the discounts taken off of the vehic service of the Sales Manager. My husband and I looked at the numbers we were given and it wasn't adding up. Instead of RJ calmly explaining himself and breaking the numbers down for us he continued to yell and slap his hand down on the paperwork saying this is the final deal. Once we got to the finance department we questioned the final price again. RJ came in to the office and was very rude to us and the finance representative. He told us it was included in the discounts and was very upset that we questioned the price again. We did buy the vehicle because we like the Ford product, but we will never use this Ford Dealership again. The following day after purchasing the vehicle I noticed it was still online. I looked at the online price and noticed it was $50.00 less than our purchase price. I called the dealership to find out where the extra discount was for trade in. I spoke to RJ. I wasn't asking for reimbursement I only wanted some sort of explanation, since my husband and I questioned this multiple times the day before. RJ was very degrading and belittling. He compared buying a vehicle to going to the dentist and called our decision stupid. He preceded to tell me if a dentist told one customer a procedure was $5000 and the customer agreed to pay how is it the dentist's fault if another customer questions the price and the dentist drops the charges to $3500. The problem with this is we did question this and were lied to. I called for an explanation and instead felt like I was harassed because I was a woman. I was very disappointed with this phone call and would just like other consumers to be cautious when working with this dealership. More
