Very happy with the experience that we had because I didn't feel pressured to buy a vehicle. We needed a new vehicle and I was dreading going to a dealership because of the salesman experience. My hus didn't feel pressured to buy a vehicle. We needed a new vehicle and I was dreading going to a dealership because of the salesman experience. My husband knew Jim Rued and went in just to talk to him first and get some questions answered. The next day he took me in to test drive a couple of vehicles. After the test drive we told Jim we needed to go home and sleep on it. In no way were we pressured to buy a vehicle that day. The next day our decision was made. Overall, we started the process on a Wednesday and drove home in my new Ford Edge on Saturday. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and how professional Jim was. Thank you! More
