He asked pointed questins about what I was looling for and my financial situation, when I advised that I has filed bancruptcy several years go, he assured me that he would find someting for me. He never treated me like I was any different than anuone else. After running my cerdit he said that I had done a great job in re-establishing my cerdit rating!! I left the dealership with a brand new Ford Focus with apayment within my budget. I have recommended the dealership to others and will continue to do so. I felt listened to as to what I needed in a car and the price I needed. Jim J reviewed all parts of the cars working with me; he did a great job. No pressure. I have been a Dodge person but my husband b price I needed. Jim J reviewed all parts of the cars working with me; he did a great job. No pressure. I have been a Dodge person but my husband bought his last car from Jim and recommended Jim to me. I got a lot of "freebies" and rewards from the dealership which I never got from Fury Motor. Thanks! I hope I can build a great relationship with IG Ford! Beth Marschall More
I recently purchased a Ford Escape SEL with the help of Jim Jessen as my sales associate. Jim was extremely accommodating, very attentive and gave me some great ideas and suggestions when purchasing the v Jim Jessen as my sales associate. Jim was extremely accommodating, very attentive and gave me some great ideas and suggestions when purchasing the vehicle. He's a wonderful sales associate. I felt very comfortable with my experience. Tammy Emick and Catrina Coker were also so very friendly and helpful. Their bright, sunny personalities make them great ambassadors for your company. I've had to return to the dealership for some minor tweaks and everyone at Ford, i.e., Eric Lijewski, was so great to work with. Extremely patient with me while I tried to master all the electrical gadgets that were new to me! I have always purchased Toyota's and was actually looking to purchase a Nissan this time around after I lost faith in Toyota's quality. But after researching vehicles for the needs that best suited my taste, I was sold on the Ford Escape. I absolutely LOVE my SUV. But I also love the overall experience I had at your dealership. From the selling floor, the aftermarket sales, the financing department to the service department, your pressure free, friendly and helpful environment made my visit very comfortable and helped ease some of the stress that is associated with purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you all for great customer service. You all deserve a much-appreciated pat on the back! More

Purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion to replace my 2010 Fusion from the dealership. Reed and Jason were very friendly and very helpful. They worked with me to find a good fit car wise, and get me on the road. from the dealership. Reed and Jason were very friendly and very helpful. They worked with me to find a good fit car wise, and get me on the road. I appreciate the friendliness and patience, and they did a great job. But three days later the transmission went out on the vehicle. Took into my local dealership and was told that the tires had extremely low tread and were not aligned. I was told take it back to the dealership as it was a "safety issue." The mechanic even told me it was something HE would complain about if it was him. Unfortunately, had an extremely busy schedule and couldn't get back right away, and ended up having the front driver side tire split on the inside (where the low tread was as I understand it). Once the spare was put on and balanced, I drove the car to Subway only to have it lock up on me (lost power steering, engine light and transmission light came on). Turned off the ignition, and tried again, and thankfully the car worked (as I was in the middle of WI). Took the car in today to get new tires (28 days since the date of purchase) and was told by their service department the tread was extremely low and needed to be replaced (less than half of what they claimed it to be 28 days before). I walked in to let the sales manager know the issues I was having, flat out saying "I know it's used, and I'm not asking for anything, just want you guys to be aware." I told him I was unhappy about the condition of the tires, and being told it was a safety issue. I was told the other dealership was lying, and then was told that the car was in perfect working order and nothing was wrong with it (despite the transmission going out, safety issues, and still having issues). After a very frustrating conversation (again, all I wanted to do was say, hey watch out for this) and being told excuse after excuse (such as it's very common for tires to become misaligned within 3 days of having them aligned), and even taunting me that I was having the tires changed at the very place that "messed up" according to me the first time. Frustrated, I went back to the service department to find that they didn't actually have the tires in stock. Eric apologize profusely, and was very friendly and helpful. They put the spare back on the car and sent me on my way. However, immediately after I pulled out the car started jerking to the left and right, actually pulling me through a red light by jerking so hard. I immediately took the car back (less than 10 minutes after pulling out of the garage) only to be told they were closed and there was nothing they could do. This resulted in me driving 30mph for a good 50 miles with my hazards on, as any faster caused the car to sway from side to side and become nearly uncontrollable. I bought a used car, and I understand things happen. I wasn't asking for ANYTHING, in return what I got was that I either did something to the car or the other Ford Dealership was lying. There was no "oh thank you for letting us know," but rather "tough, you bought it, I don't care" attitude. In fact, I was actually told that because the transmission was covered by the warranty (still under powertrain) I really didn't have anything to complain about at all. To be fair, I emailed Jerry to express my displeasure (noting that I would be following up with Ford Corporate), and received immediate replies after hours. I do appreciate his promptness and attention into the matter, although for me the damage is done. Not going to be going back when safety issues are not only not being addressed, but new ones are being created. More
