My car died on a Sunday (2-17-13), and Mike Saxon had me in a dream-car, driving off the lot by Wednesday night. He put forth tremendous effort and made me feel that meeting my needs was important. He listened and asked probing questions to zero-in on what vehicle would best suit my needs. I LOVE MY CAR from Inver Grove Ford Lincoln. It's a Ford Fusion 2008 and he cut the milage IN HALF, comparing my dead car to my new one. It has fancy "bells & whistles" that are fun and exciting, such as a 6-CD changer, a moon roof and voice activated commands. He spent an extra 10-20 minutes at the end of my night, to ensure I understood how to operate all the vitial and non-essential features. We sat in the car together and drilled down each features' operation and use. Due to the efforts of Mike Saxon and IG Ford Lincoln, I will aggressively recommend their services to anyone who will listen, and I personally will NEVER go anywhere else! THANK YOU. More

Went to your dealership looking at used cars. Jim Jessen was out in the lot when we drove in and we told him we were just looking. He wasn't pushy nor did he follow us around. My husband has been leasing or buying all his vehicles from Jeff Lowell since at least 1990. We follow him wherever he goes because we get the best price and customer service from him. Jeff has loaned me his own vehicle so I could run errands while waiting for an oil change. When getting his last few vehicles from Jeff, my husband discusses details with Jeff on the phone or email and Jeff delivers the exact vehicle my husband wants, often customized, without us having to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to the dealer until we pick up our vehicle. That was the case when I just leased a new vehicle from him. I could give more examples of Jeff's stellar customer service, but suffice it to say we wouldn't consider buying or leasing from anyone else. I also worked with Chad Port on financing. He and Jeff had all the documents prepared ahead of time. Chad knew I was on a tight schedule and moved things right along. More
