RJ Johnson and Dan Bell made this the easiest, most entertaining, car buying experience. RJ did a fabulous job getting us a great deal with good financing and a fair price on my tradein. Dan did a great job getting all our paperwork in order and getting the car set to go home, all while keeping our 13 month old entertained and keeping us laughing. Alan Sargent did whatever it took to make sure I drove out of that dealership in my 2008 Ford Edge AWD with an autostart. I did... by putting $400 down. I am driving and grateful to have a much better car than I had imagined purchasing. My experience at Inver Grove Ford is one I'll never forget. I was treated as fair as one could ask in purchasing my 2011 Ford Lariat and i continued to stay in touch with 'Triple J' over the next few months. Any issue that arose he was quick to help and continued that professional relationship one desires when making such a sizable purchase. Just recently my fiancee and I returned to purchase another in 2013 Ford Edge from Jim and she couldn't be happier. Jim made himself available for me pre and post purchase answering questions and working to make another big purchase the right one. Now we are working to get her father in to also buy form Jim and Inver Grove Ford for the 'hat trick'.
