Dan Lemmenes was very responsive with my pricing questions and after the sale took the time the help me set up my truck and answer any questions. When I needed a small fix on my car, they were ready and willing to schedule an appointment in order to get everything done quickly and within my busy schedule. Out of the three or four dealerships I had looked at, Inver Grove was the only one who offered a compromise when it came to a final price. That made the decision to go with Inver Grove an easy one. This is the first time I have bought a new car, and it was a huge decision. I was very nervous and apprehensive about the whole situation. Cole Rosendahl completely put my mind at ease and helped me every step of the way. The other employees I worked with were very helpful as well. I was very tentative when coming in to look for a used vehicle. I had recently gone through bankruptcy, had no cosigner, and not much of a down payment. First visit with Tom was so helpful in telling us all about your product. Never have purchased a ford product before. Tom turned us over to Hector who was so patient with us and our quetions. We purchased a 2013 Escape with NO Problems or pressure from either gentleman. Unfortunley recall was in the picture. No fault of either of these two people. I believe when this is worked out we will be very happy with our purchase. Your sales people give sales a new outlook with there consideration for customers.
