Pleasant Surprise Having a Ford Edge, I had previously gone to the Ford dealership nearby for my oil changes. After having enough of their horrible customer service, I Having a Ford Edge, I had previously gone to the Ford dealership nearby for my oil changes. After having enough of their horrible customer service, I called Honda to see if they would change my oil. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was offered a fee oil change (SCORE) with my service. I had made an appointment for 2:30 and they estimated a 45min-1hr max. A hour and fifteen minutes later, I was told my car was done and because of the long wait, they gave me my service for free. Not only that, they were apologetic about it. Very impressed with their customer lounge as well as their customer service. Way to go team! More
