John goes out of his way to ensure the highest level of customer service out there. I had interacted with him on more than one occassion while looking at vehicles and his customer service and sincere advi customer service out there. Jason was easy and pleasant to work with. We were pleased to arrive at a deal that worked for both of us in buying our new car and trading in our current car. Even though the dealership was busy on the Satur to arrive at a deal that worked for both of us in buying our new car and trading in our current car. Even though the dealership was busy on the Saturday we picked up the car, Jason kept checking in with us to make sure we had what we needed and kept things moving along. They have a great waiting area. Jason and all that we worked with were very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. It was a nice touch that the car was spotless and waiting for us in their indoor delivery area. We will recommend Inver Grove Honda to others. More
