Waste of time I went in to test drive a Pilot. Right away Mike exuded the aura of a slimy used car salesman. He mumbled, rambled, and didn't seem terribly interes I went in to test drive a Pilot. Right away Mike exuded the aura of a slimy used car salesman. He mumbled, rambled, and didn't seem terribly interested in helping me. After 25 mins of him checking stock, finding the trim I wanted, figuring out if they might actually have any Hondas at a Honda dealership, he came back to complain it was parked 6 deep and would take more time. Not sure how that was my fault. At that point I had enough and just walked out. I was really disappointed as the dealership is very highly rated and I have only ever heard positive comments. Now I am left still needing to test drive a Pilot and having to find a different dealer. More
