To be clear, I don't recommend working with Julie. I don't know about the other dealers but from the other reviews it sounds like they are doing just fine. I just can't/won't recommend the dealership since we had a pretty crappy experience. First off, we asked Julie to show us a new Pilot. She pulled around a 2011 model with 600 miles on it that wasn't even the same trim level we were interested in. After a test drive and several promises that it was cheaper than the 2012 model we wanted, we went back to work out a deal with her. Another dealer had already given us a good price quote on the 2012 model we wanted so we told her where we were at in price and she looked at us like we were crazy, told us our trade was a pile of junk, and stomped off to talk to a manager. She came back with a number over $3000 higher than what we already told her the other dealer was saying. We refused, and she then came back with the same number written in a way that was meant to confuse us (pull out the taxes and title so it looks cheaper). She then stared at us like we were wasting her time until we awkwardly got up and left. She wasn't even willing to start talking about the 2012 model we went there for in the first place! Way to lose a sale! More

i have leased approximately 15 hondas over the last 35 years. the honda i have now is my first experience with inver grove honda and i will say that it has been the best experience to date. the main rea years. the honda i have now is my first experience with inver grove honda and i will say that it has been the best experience to date. the main reason that i came to inver grove honda is because of my sales person - brian prouty. brian is by far the best sales person i have ever worked with. he truly cares about making sure that the car you get fits your needs and he doesn't try to up sell you just to make a buck. he is honest, friendly, fair and truly is interested in you. he is not the sales person that forgets your name the minute the deal is sealed and he is always available to talk to you. i have little experience with the service dept. because i never hsve service issues with my hondas. but i did bring my civic into service for an oil change and was greeted promptly and the service writer was very friendly. one other person i dealt with was the finance person - she was so nice that i admired some flowers that were on her desk and when i finalized the paperwrok she had some of the flowers for me - nice touch!!! i would recommend anyone looking for a honda go into inver grove honda and ask for brian prouty - i can assure you brian will treat you great and you will get a fair deal. barb kloster satisfied inver grove honda customer More

My experience was nothing but great! I met with Jeremy Anderson looking for a 97 - 98 used vehicle with mileage less than 50,000. He was very patient with me while I checked out and drove a couple of Cam Anderson looking for a 97 - 98 used vehicle with mileage less than 50,000. We even drove over to the dealer next door to see if they had a white Camry since owning a white car was what I really wanted. Then he asked me if I've considered a Honda Accord. I said I had but it seemed like they were out of my price range. He showed me a 2010 with just 13,000 miles. We drove it and I really liked it. We talked price and then he said he was going to check on something. He came back and offered me a new 2011 Accord, in white, with tan interior, just what I was looking for for $1000 more than the 2010. Sold!!! I loved the presentation of my new car! It was perfect! Jeremy and the finance guy (sorry I forgot his name) were very professional and very good at expaining everything to me so I would completely understand my car, my loan and my warranty. I've already recommended Jeremy and InverGrove Honda to 1 friend considering purchasing a new Honda in the next 2 years. I will continue to recommend your dealershep to anyone looking for a car.
