Upon inquiring on a used Ford Focus ZX4 ST I spoke to Mr. McCorkel who was very knowledgeable about this specific car. He was able to give me the specifics without being put on hold. Since I am a very impatient person I warned Mr. McCorkel about my prior dealing with waiting so long to complete the deal. He promised to make sure that didn't happen.
