We leased a red 2008 Honda CR-V from John McCorkel and he was excellent to deal with! Each employee was very friendly each time we came into the dealership. I never felt pressured in my sale and was given timely calls when the model that I was looking at was in. John McCorkel/le (I can't believe I forgot how to spell it!) took my call and was gracious about my urgent timeline. My first car was an Accord (86), and I've had two others ('87/husband's, and '97 LX)...t it!) took my call and was gracious about my urgent timeline. My first car was an Accord (86), and I've had two others ('87/husband's, and '97 LX)...the last of which was in the shop with an (at the time) undiagnosed problem that could possibly have rendered it past its useful prime...so anyway, I was one of those "I need a car, a used Honda Accord, because I never pay full price, and I need it now- like tonight now- possibly, so can you drop everything and meet my needs?" John was helpful, calm (necessary to keep me in check) and professional. I brought my mechanic with me - and my mechanic's girlfriend- so it was quite an entourage. We kept John past closing time - having arrived with just under 2 hours to test drive/evaluate the various options. He went out of his way to help negotiate the maintenance check on a lift, gather additional information, and even drove me a few miles to save me cab fare when it was all over. He's knowledgeable, patient, honest and clearly understands the business, the customer's needs, and the overall "experience". Keep him. Heck, give him a raise. I'll probably drive out of my way to use IGH Honda service because of him. More
