Keep up the great service I first went to Inver Grove Honda three years ago, and was dreading the trip because I’m not the biggest fan of car shopping. It always seems to take way too long, the numbers never work out, and even when you say you’ll take any color but red you somehow end up leaving in a red vehicle. Anyway, 3 years ago I was helped by Andrew Wiest and I go back to this dealership because I choose to work with him. The process wasn’t horrible. I got into a vehicle with better features, for a better deal and he worked around my schedule so I could leave to attend other appointments/ obligations and come back after. 3 years later I received the same great service. Oh, and neither time did I leave with a red vehicle. More
Five days and still no service. Positive because it’s under warranty so they’re not making money. I had my 2018 Honda Odyssey towed to the dealership to be fixed on Monday afternoon. It is Saturday and they ha warranty so they’re not making money. I had my 2018 Honda Odyssey towed to the dealership to be fixed on Monday afternoon. It is Saturday and they have not even looked at it. However, when I was a drive-in twice the last two weeks with my CRV they immediately looked at it and each time made almost $1000 on me for a total of $2000. I’m certain the reason they’re not even looking at my Honda Odyssey is because it’s under warranty so there’s no money in it for them. I have called every day for five days and got in the exact same runaround. It’s important to note for 20 years I have been a very loyal customer. However, I will never return here again. In addition, I will no longer recommend them but I will steer everybody to spend their time and money somewhere else. Five days and not even looking at my card is beyond ridiculous! Their fancy waiting room is not worth all the frustration and then not even looking at the car under warranty for five days. They have lost all my business with all my Honda’s as well as future customers that I will tell to stay far away. More
