I was interested in finding a 2018 CR-V, so I calle I had an excellent experience with Dan Volz, Jamie Letcher, and the entire Inver Grove Honda team. I was interested in finding a 2018 CR-V, so I called around to the various dealers in town. Inventory was low everywhere. When I spoke to Dan over the phone, he told me he would need a few minutes to check inventory and get back to me. True to his word, he called back within minutes with their inventory and a great offer. I was on a time crunch, but Dan was patient and ensured that my wife and I had a chance to come by to see the car and have all our questions asked. I also spoke with Jamie Letcher, who helped ensure we were well taken care of throughout the process. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. We were thrilled to drive off the lot with a new 2018 CR-V as the result of their great work. Despite the long drive from our home in Shakopee to the dealership, we will certainly be returning to Inver Grove Honda and referring friends. Great job team! More

Leaking Tire Fixed without fanfare Our Honda Accord’s left rear tire had been losing air for a couple of days. When I took it in to be checked, I was told the tire was damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced. I was told that there was most likely a road hazard warranty that could cover the tire. One hour later I left Inver Grove Honda with a new tire and only was charged for mounting, balancing and tax. Derrin took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. Why would I ever buy a car from another dealer? More

They didn't want my business I have tried multiple times to purchase new vehicles from this dealer and it seems like they really do not want my business. No callbacks, No emails, No responses to attempts at communication. I also got a very low trade value compared to other dealers in the Twin Cities. While I appreciate that Sean offered me two free oil changes and promised he would help me if I would consider Inver Grove Honda for my purchase, he also failed to return my phone calls/emails after that initial contact. This happened on TWO attempts to buy from this dealership and both times I went to Luther Brookdale Honda instead because they actually called me back and actively worked with me to complete the sale. I will say the service department at this dealership is great but the sales side is awful. More
