On top of that she was still able to get us the 2 year free service plan along with it. She stayed well passed the closing time to make sure the purchase process get finished properly. I didn’t get the CRV Nationally advertised lease deal I didn’t get the CRV Nationally advertised lease, and I doubt you will either. I got an objectively poor experience, that comes with a painful monthly reminder that lasts three years. I went to IGH on Thursday 12/6/18. The dealership is clean and well maintained but, being between Black Friday and Christmas, it was a ghost town. I was greeted by salesman Dan; I told him I was interested in the Nationally Advertised CRV lease. He was “not aware of it”. I re-inquired, as I used the Honda site to prepare for my visit. He had to “check with someone”; he retuned and told me he could match the lease offer but would be discounting the car a significant amount in my favor. Long story short, I did not get a fair deal. Even with no other customers, the process still took an incredibly long 4 hours. Mind you, this is for a base model CRV with not one option (except a dealer installed remote start which would happen on a follow-up visit). The Lease Agreement process was completed using an iPad; the process moves you through the agreement in manner that jumps around the page – top to bottom, rather than linearly. BE VERY CAUTIOUS – I was not, I trusted them and that was a costly mistake! I did not have a clear understanding of what happened that evening, until I read it on paper the next day. Seeing the ad again on TV and web site, I was reminded how I was not even close to the advertised deal. Even with a down payment 80% more than required, my monthly lease payment is 21% higher than the nationally advertised promotion. You may have already guessed; the problem was hidden “Dealer/Other Fees”. Your lease payment will be the same, if not very likely, much greater (recall my much larger down payment). I followed up with the salesman. He response was to accuse me of unfairness, if I didn’t give him a 5-star rating for the above-mentioned process and result. I made a mistake, I take responsibility for that - I trusted people when I should not have. The Bottom Line – I am not satisfied (would you be?). More

He was helpful and patient. He seemed like he really wanted to help us figure our what we were looking for. Jeremy Young assisted us with the financing and was the perfect compliment to the level of service that Andrew started us off with. What a team! Jamie Kohn helped over the phone with some e-pricing and differences between models before we visited the dealership. She was very educational and friendly.
